Random stitching questions 1

Last month Bonnie sent me this list of questions.  I'm not sure where they came from but thought they would make good filler posts for this month. 

  Which fabric do you most prefer?

Evenweave; usually jobelan or lugana

  What is your favourite fabric count?

    

      32 or 28

  

   What colour fabric do you most enjoy stitching on?

If I was answering this by the stash – blue. However I try to pick the colour that best suits the piece – most of the time this is a lighter colour

   

   What is your favorite fibre?

     This one is hard.  I like working with plain, old regular DMC.  If I had to pick a specialty fibre I would have to say Caron water lilies - the silk is lovely and the colours are beautiful

   How many of the 450 DMC Colours do you own?

All of them - although I'm pretty sure there are more than 450

   Of your last 5 projects – how many used DMC/Anchor as the main floss?

All of them

   

   Of your last 5 projects, if you didn’t use DMC/Anchor – what did you use?

 I have been using the DMC variations for some of the projects

 

   What needles do you prefer?

Piecemaker 28s

 

  What is the UGLIEST design you’ve encountered?

If I don’t like something I tend to shudder then move on to something I like – like cute little baby animals or kitty cats

   What is the most BEAUTIFUL design you’ve encountered?

I can’t think of a piece that answers this – mostly because there are some many designs that are beautiful but that have different appeal.
