Last weekend I was at Dani's for a very lovely stitching weekend. There was much eating, laughing and stitching. Dani and Lynn both posted pictures - I was bad and didn't get the camera out.
I managed to get Beatrice's Mirabilia RR done. I spent pretty all day beading. There are 5 different colour beads in this little area and three colours of metallic thread. Hopefully this is enough bling for Beatrice

Once I was done with that I decided something easy was in order so I got out PL. It went pretty well, starting to see some progress
on this section.I also thought it would be a good idea to get the baby thing started. Dani and I decided that black would be a good colour choice. We pulled a couple blues but they didn't look right.
Today I went looking for a dress to wear to my cousin's wedding next month. No joy was had, I couldn't find anything I liked. It would probably be helpful if the things I tried on didn't make me look/feel fat. Sigh

Hope you are able to find something for the wedding. I hate shopping for dresses myself mostly for the same reasons.

Why buy a dress - a nice pant and jacket looks just as sharp. I hate dresses myself and seldom/never wear one.
