Happy, Sad

Summer has finally arrived!! Yup, it's now very warm in the apartment to the point where the fans are protesting. Much better than all the rain that we've been having though. Shadow likes sleeping on the nice tile floor in the bathroom...

Worked on Giggles tonight, still working on the hat and should be able to start the face soonish





Also, there's sad news.

Many of you will remember me blogging about the parents kitty, Patches. Sadly, Dad found that she passed in her sleep on Wednesday night. She had not been sick, in fact was still running the house with an iron paw. She did well from being the runt of the litter at the local animal shelter.

This isn't my favorite picture of her, that one is at work on my wall. It's of her when she was a kitten "helping" to play a board game. Stealing the chair was her second favorite thing to do, sleeping of course being the first.
