Guardian on the wall

I must share my most epic Christmas present from the parents.

Like most stitchers I have a pile of finished-unfinished pieces.  Getting them framed and on the wall hasn't really been a priority.

But for Christmas the parents decided that they would take a piece to the framers.

This might have also been because mom likes seeing the finished stuff and she really can't when it's in the bin.

Teresa Wentzler's The Guardian is now all framed and on the wall.

It looks great!
I think parents are the same everywhere. My mum has decided that she's coming "shopping" in my finished drawer to pick out a few things to frame. In exchange for framing them she gets to hang them in her house for the next few years lol!

Gorgeous!! I like seeing them on the wall as well but it usually only happens when I stitch the piece for someone else. Your parents gave you a great gift. My DH gives me money every year for Christmas to frame one or two pieces and they are usually gifts.
