Do you always sign your projects? If not, why? If so, do you use your first name, initials or what?
I never sign my projects. Why? I'm not really sure. I guess it's because I figure I don't need to. When I gift a piece I include a nice card that can be kept with it.
Also I guess I haven't figured out why it's important.

I'm glad I'm not alone. I have been stitching for over 20 years and only this year started stitching my initials into the piece. I always felt that my initials will ruin the scene that I stitched but I now feel it is o.k. because all great works of art have the artists signature and I think I would like to be able to take credit for my art pieces as well.
I do my intials and the last two digits of the given year I complete it...so this year has been RJB '11...that way it helps me keep track of when I did things and I can only hope that 100 years from now one of my pieces are drolled over as "old" in some art gallery somewhere :-)
